The varsity program is geared towards working with athletes to enhance their skills to get them ready them for varsity-level workouts.
These workouts are built around high school and collegiate preparation. Varsity training encompasses skill development, weight training, and plyometric workouts.
It is vital that all athletes understand the principles of hard work, determination, and patience. These principles are the guiding forces which serve as the foundation in the program to help these varsity athletes understand the significance in character development for playing collegiate sports.
