Professional Athlete Training

Consists of student scholars between the ages of 9-13 years old. These group of scholars are trained in various sports and fitness drills of their choosing, to include baseball, basketball, boxing, football, lacrosse, soccer, and tennis. The fundamental program emphasizes the importance of understanding the true value of first principles, character development, and proper exercise routines. These core areas serve as the foundation for not only developing valuable lessons but using these areas to serve as building blocks to prepare them for skill advancement in their sport of concentration.
