Collegiate Training

Collegiate training at Train Like a Pro 365 consists of athletes that play at the university sports level.  These group of athletes are trained in various sports and fitness drills of their choosing, to include baseball, basketball, boxing, football, lacrosse, soccer, and tennis. 

The collegiate program is an accelerated program designed to push athletes to reach their maximum potential by way of workouts that consist of intense structured training sessions. Training sessions at this level include weightlifting, speed agility, plyometric, and skill development training. This is highly beneficial to the collegiate athlete who is trying to improve their skills in the offseason and in season to have that breakout season.
