The Professional Program at Train Like a Pro 365 focuses on training professional athletes in the sport of their upcoming profession. These workouts are built to strengthen, sharpen, and enhance the development of the athlete’s skills even more. These workouts guarantee that these athletes that are gearing up for sports combine or camps draft stock will rise based on our training programs.  Workouts are meant to achieve maximum results to help build on the athlete’s skill. Workouts consist of weightlifting, plyometric, speed agility, skill development, pool workouts, boot camp and endurance training. Understanding that these athletes are trying to be prepared for a job opportunity is essential to our program. Here at Train Like a Pro 365, we feel that’s it is important for us to do our job and make sure these athletes have a chance to get drafted in their perspective sport.
