MVP Training at Train Like a Pro 365 focuses on training professional athletes in the sport of their profession. These group of athletes are trained in various sports and fitness drills of their choosing, to include baseball, basketball, boxing, football, lacrosse, soccer, and tennis. 

These workouts are built to strengthen, sharpen, and enhance the development of a professional athlete’s skills even further. Workouts are meant to achieve maximum results to help build on the athlete’s skills to be the top player in their perspective sport. Workouts consist of weightlifting, plyometric, speed agility, skill development, pool workouts, and endurance training. With the understanding that professional athletes are getting paid to do their job, we here at Train Like a Pro 365 feel that’s it is essential for us to do our job and make sure these athletes go beyond their goals to reach their potential.
